Invoice: Choose which notes print on invoice (ex: SOAP notes, home care instructions, etc.)

Allow only specific information such as soap notes, departing instructions or other information to print on an invoice.

Client would like a way to put only limited parts of the consultation notes on the invoice (not include all the notes).
