Patient: Edit vaccine details from the Vaccines tab

Would like the option to be able to edit patient vaccine dates from the patient's Vaccines tab, so a paid consultation does not have to be reopened.

It would be super handy as well to be able to add previous vaccines from another clinic as well for new patients etc. Or for clients in the area just need rabies for travel
