We need a way to suspend clients, and patients, so that when our office generates a list of people to call/reach out to, we are not pulling "snow birds" while they aren't here, or for example pets who went to college with the "kid", but will be back at some future point, or people who are on vacation. We pull a new list every week, so it is imperative to have only the people/pets who we are actually calling. We do not have time to sift through literally every client because Neo doesn't give us the option to suspend them until a future date...
This would be a great thing to have. we have several clients that are referrals from other practices and we want to have their vaccine info readily available (vaccine tab) but don't want to send them reminders.
